According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea has reached a verbal agreement with young star Willian Estevao regarding personal terms.

Willian Estevao is one of the young talents of Palmeiras. Some people have likened Estevao to ‘Messinho’ or ‘Little Messi’ because of his skillful dribbling ability.

Romano wrote on Twitter: “It is known that Chelsea has reached a verbal agreement with Willian Estevao on personal terms. The original announced bid will still be submitted but it is around 32 million euros, plus add-ons , as negotiations with Palmeiras will take place at a later date.”
